-No smoking.
-No elevator on site. Unit is on second floor.
-Association application and rental agreement required. $100 application fee per person or $150 per married couple. This fee is non-refundable and is a separate fee charged.
-Dock space available for an additional cost. (Please inquire for more information as there are some minor restrictions.)

-Publix is less than 1 mile away and Winn-Dixie is the opposite direction 1 mile
-Target 4 miles
-Coffee: Duncan Donuts and Starbucks 1 mile
-1 mile to downtown Cape Coral (Local events, weekly farmers markets, dining, and nightlife).

-Cape Coral Yacht Club Public Beach 2.6 miles
-Fort Myers Beach is approximately 12.5 miles

"Wow! Our stay at the Bimini Breeze condo exceeded all expectations! From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the impeccable attention to detail and the breathtaking views of the Bimini Basin! The condo itself is beautifully updated with modern amenities and stylish decor, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. We enjoying our morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking the water. It almost feels like you’re on a boat!
The location couldn't have been more perfect - nestled in a peaceful 55+ community yet close to everything Cape Coral has to offer. We enjoyed exploring the nearby shops, restaurants, and parks. The convenience of having everything within reach made our stay even more enjoyable.
The condo's amenities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze and a refreshing community pool perfect for lounging and soaking up the Florida sunshine. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay, from the comfortable furnishings to the thoughtful touches throughout the condo, truly made us feel like valued guests.
Overall, our experience here was nothing short of exceptional. We're already planning our next trip back and can't wait to create more unforgettable memories in this little slice of paradise. Thank you to Brian and Renee for providing such a wonderful getaway!
PS – You have front row seats to the yearly boat parade in December and that was truly UNBELIEVABLE!!
