This place is walkable to everything you might want. It was very clean, well equipped and private. The heated pool with integrated hot tub was amazing. Huge covered outdoor space. Nicely decorated with comfy beds. Everything you need to know is in the notebook provided.

Perfect Location, Great Home
We stayed at the house post Christmas through New Years. The house was very clean and organized. The pool and hot tub were FANTASTIC. We had trouble getting the hot tub hot, but It was our fault not reading directions correctly. The host was quick to respond and help us out:) The location was within walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Cape Coral has a wonderful outdoor New Year's Eve celebration which we walked to. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. The beds are extremely comfortable! There is plenty of space both inside and out to gather and play games or just relax. The location was ideal. So many places to check out within walking distance. Renee was extremely helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

Such a cute place. It’s easy to find but feels secluded. Very walkable…we walked to restaurants and explored the city. The house is very spacious and exactly as described. The heated pool was a plus!
