Only 3 miles to Cape Harbour Marina and the Westin Cape Coral Resort at Marina Village and both are open to the public with fantastic waterside dining options! Publix grocery is less than 2.5 miles away. For the beach goers, the Yacht Club Public beach is only 5 miles away! Perfect. The house was in a great location. Right on the water where my son could fish his heart out. It had everything we needed, for our home away from home. It was also close to everything while being a nice retreat when at the house. The pool and dock space were awesome. Not to mention the fact that Renee moved to get us in the house quickly after a bad situation with another house. This was a great house, in a great location, with caring people.

The house was very beautiful and extremely comfortable. Nicely equipped, with the exception of a few little things that we bought and left in the kitchen for the next guests. Located close to lots of things to do. Renee was a pleasure to work with and this was by far one of the best rental experiences that we've had!

The most amazing vacation! Our stay was absolutely amazing! Upon arrival we were so pleasantly surprised the sprawling and amazing the home and property. The photos really don't showcase how incredibly the home is! We were so comfortable with the set up, as there were 5 of us. Everything was impeccable and so clean. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor living space so much. The kitchen allowed us to easily and comfortable cook our own meals. I would highly recommend this property and plan on going back again soon!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. The house is beautiful and the kids loved the pool. The property is clean and well-maintained. The manager was helpful and we definitely recommend this property if you go to Cape Coral. We enjoyed fishing in the canal and trips to Sanibel Island.
