We rented from Home Rental Systems of Florida, Inc. the winter of 2017 and had such a great experience with their property in Cape Coral, that we engaged them to help us buy a home and renovate it! We just completed our first winter in our newly remodeled, gorgeous home in Cape Coral and couldn't have been happier. Now we are using them to help us rent our home and manage our property when we can't be there. The Culps
As the owners of a rental property managed by Brian and Renee we are very appreciative of all their efforts. They do a great job of managing our property. Repairs are handled immediately using professionals in the area that they work with regularly. The work is well done and cost appropriate and Brian and Renee communicate with us as owners through the whole process. Our property is kept clean with great attention to every detail. Friends with rental properties complain that their house is trashed and personal items are broken, but with Brian and Renee in charge our house looks just like we left it every time we return. They also make great efforts to keep our property rented throughout the year, not just in busy season. We receive monthly statements and timely deposits of rental income. From the moment we entered the front door it was a total blast of fun. Our 8-year-old Grandson had the fun of his life. He did not even want to come out of the pool to go to bed. It meant that much to him. Let alone the other 3 adult children and my wife. My wife and I still say that this vacation was the best we have taken in 10 years. The owners even said awesome and thank you. We had so much fun. If you ever get a chance to rent this beautiful home, do not pass it up. I am 65 and it made me feel like I was 25 again with all the fun we had. The property managers at Home Rental Systems of Florida, Inc. were only a text message away and were so helpful. Thank you again as the only drawback is we had to leave and come back home to Michigan.
